Frequently AskedQuestions

Which integrations does UpScanX support?

Email, Slack, Telegram, Microsoft Teams and custom webhooks. Email is enabled by default; the other channels are connected in Account Settings → Integrations.

Can I send different monitors to different channels?

Yes. Every monitor has its own notification channel selection, so production alerts can go to Slack and Teams while staging alerts go to email only.

Can I test an integration before relying on it?

Yes. Each integration has a send-test option, so you can confirm the message arrives before you save it.

How do I verify that webhook requests come from UpScanX?

Add a secret when you configure the webhook. UpScanX uses it to sign each request in a signature header, so your endpoint can verify the payload before trusting it.

Do AI monitors use the same integrations?

Yes. AI monitors, like web, API and network monitors, send their alerts through the channels you connect here.
